The eco-warriors have been checking that all of our school are saving electricity by making sure things are switched off when the classroom is not being used. We have also placed two compost bins on the playground for our fruit to go when we have finished. We are looking forward to using this when we start our plants topic.
We really enjoyed finding out about Chinese new year. Here is a photo of some rabbits that the year six children created.
This was our Christmas around the world work, each class learnt about how Christmas is celebrated in a different country before sharing what they have found with the rest of the school.
