Learning to Learn - Life skills

Our school is a wonderful place. We try our hardest to make it fun, enjoyable and inspirational so that our children can grow in every way possible. There’s academic learning of course - we all know that. We track the progress of each pupil to ensure that everyone works to the best of their potential. But there are other areas of learning that are vitally important too. In this booklet we have set out those life skills which we would like our children to have mastered at various stages in school. These sections include Being Independent, Joining In, Thinking for myself, Thinking about my learning and Finding out Working together.

By doing this and by working together in a school+parent+family partnership we can truly assess and educate our children in all aspects of their growth and maturation and give them the best possible start in life.
