Prayer

Prayer is an important part of our school life, we pray every day together in class and together in collective worship. We have a special time each week in class where children can pray for the things they choose too and a prayer book in each class can be written in whenever the children decide that they want to.

When we pray we remember to give thanks for the things we have like with our school prayer below. We also pray for people who we feel need help in our local community and around the world.

Our school prayer.

Thank you God for all you give us,

Thank you for the Earth and sea,

Thank you God for special people,

Thank you God for making me.

Amen.

Thank you, God, for hospitals and the NHS.

Please help those who are poorly get better.

Thank you, God, for keeping me healthy and safe.

Please help people stay happy and safe.

Amen.
